This versatile accessory wears nicely doubled around the neck. Easy Garter wedges provide breaks from the complex lace. The lace pattern has increases and decreases worked on both the right and wrong side rows, and double decreases worked on wrong side rows. It is best suited for experienced lace knitters. It is worked from the center out.
