Asheville Cardigan is a loose-fitting, slightly slouchy cardigan which is super soft yet durable thanks to the combination of a Merino wool held doubled with a fingering weight mohair/silk blend for strength. The cardigan is worked in one piece from the bottom up, and the button bands are worked as you go, so there is minimal finishing. Yarn is held doubled throughout.
